Pickup power window lubricating

The passenger side windows of my pickup is used very little and for a year or more now is quite slow moving. What would I lube to help get things going again. The track the bottom of the window rides in? Or is there some way to lubricate the cable system that moves it? And/or I've heard of lubing the rubber trim that the window slides up into when it's closed. Ideas? The door is apart and waiting for some help. Thanks!

Silicone spray on the exposed gasket surfaces. A slight smear of silicone grease in the lower tracks if the spray is not enough. The cables you should be able to use a dry lube like graphite or a spray teflon . You do not want anything that attracts and/or causes dust or dirt to stick to it.

Thanks, I couldn't see any problems but I lubricated the bottom tracks well and sprayed some silicone on the rubber seal around the windows when it's up. It's working ok now--time will tell if it continues to work well.
