Put clutch,pressure plate, throw out bearing,re surfaced flywheel and the step to 1.443 .bolted clutch&pp up and pp fingers are in release position. Any ideas.

If you fitted a new replacement pressure plate have you removed any hold down bolts or clips after fitting?
If the clutch disc is in the correct way around did you have the face of the flywheel also skimmed where the flywheel bolts go through by the same amount as removed from the clutch face, it is possible on these tractors for the flywheel bolts to contact the rivets on the clutch disc.
