1972 IHC 1066 Turbo (with cab, a/c, radio,heater)

Just wondering what a 1972 IHC 1066 Turbo with 7378 hours on it would bring. Condition of tractor is average to good. It has a cab with A/C, heat, radio. Tires have some good life left in them. Thanks. Teresa

The cab actually hurts the value around here. The IH cabs of that era are not very good to start with. When you say the tires have "some life left" that means they are low tread. So they are not a PLUS when selling it.

Then IH 1066s where selling like hot cakes a few years ago but they have dropped off some in value lately.

I would put the high at $10,000 if it looks sharp and the low at $7500 if just average. The low could be $5000-6000 if it is rough looking too.

On these older tractors condition makes the world of a difference in their value. This is true across all brands.

Mid Tennessee
Around here auction $ 5,500 to 6,500
Dealer sale with cold air it MIGHT get to $ 8,500 or so but would have to be almost perfect good rubber to get to the 10 figure. Just more 35 year old tractors out there than their are buyers.
