Spotted a nj tractor,and a cornfield that is in a wet area

started early today,finished a little early,so I wanted to post this tractor I spotted today here in nj .,and a cornfield that is not doing real good due to all the rain a lot of the field is bare

there is a snozz equiped just like that on the other side of the valley from me. They wern't one of IH's best ideas, but they are cheap power on the auction market.

NJ regulations prohibit drainage that is considered normal practice in other states . . . you can maintain existing systems but can't put new ones in what the state DEP considers 'farmable lowlands'. You may still be able to drain wet spots in what they call 'uplands'. The wetland and stream buffer zone regulations in this state have so much gray area and thin squiggly lines to follow I don't even know if what I think I know about them is even correct . . . .
