Clutch Master Cylinder Rebuild

Took your advice, ordered and received the kit, having problems with the outer cup being so tight it binds the plunger in the housing. Any ideas to my problem since you have done many?Inside cup seems to be fine.
 
Measure the bore and the cup an make sure it is the correct cup for your bore. Someone just a few months ago was doing the brake cylinders on a JD 4420 and the rebuild kit had the wrong cups in it.
