Anyone know anything about the auxillary power units made to drive through a tractors pro shaft, to add more horsepower?
Seems to me M&W offered them, called the Power Pack, or something.
Anyone have pictures?

I saw in a magazine (perhaps FARM SHOW) a V4 Wisconsin belted to the pulley of a JD 2 cyl. for additional power

I actually drove a G1000 with one. I was a MM
mechanic and I went down to the farm to tighten the
pto. Sorry don't remember much more. I think it was
a Wisconsin OHV V4 65 hp. I think this was 1966.
Their Southern farm was a few miles West of
Springerton Il.

60acre, that belt 'stunt' was used at the Carroll Cty,Il fair in the late 1960 s with a J D 70 ,IIRC. Used a Wis V4 to turn the belt. This was in the "free' for all class. Could not keep the belt tight! Was interesting to watch, tho. clint
