Thanks. Looks like Osage Orange post. I've got two with a cross-brace and barb wire wrap, that Pop put in, and I lift them out and mow around them and replace them. Most of the rest of them, I've saved,

That is indeed my "new" tractor. Used Masseys in that class aren't around this area. I took all the pics with my iphone, I carry it in a CLC case on my belt and it's at handy.
