The snow sure makes for some pretty pictures but that 's all.
Those pic's remind me of why I moved from NYS to Texas 50yrs ago. Sunshine going up to 60* here today.

Jay,
Please sent snow my way. We were going to get 7 inches one time and 5 inches the next time. I haven't had enough snow to get my tractors out and play in it like you. After each storm, I could see the grass in the yard. The news media sure likes to hyp storms.

Jay,
We don't have as much of the white stuff, just enough to play with.

Stayed in Albany last night at the hospital...figured it wasnt worth trying to go home last night in the thick of it then back in the a.m. still in the thick of it...
gonna head home early after noon and start dealing with the snow...definitely less than thrilled about it...
was it heavy packing snow or light adn fluffy?

Jay--i see you have rebars welded on the top of your bucket--is that for logs? I did that to my Ford compact 1310 after when loading logs one rolled back over the bucket and down the arms--it crushed the hood and the steering wheel stopped it!

I mostly use them to hook a chain on to pull logs off a pile. Or even for lifting things up with a chain. You can see what hooking the chain on the bucket did. Lol

This is my sissy tractor, my other 12 are from back in the day when they were made to last from iron.

Just one of the many design flaws on this model . That is exactly the way it came from the factory minus some of the fraying of the cheap wrap covering the hoses. I am a fan of farmer added options but this tractor has none.

One of my engineers is heading to a town between NYC and Albany tomorrow to work on food plant. I am hoping it is cleaned up somewhat. I worry about my employees when they are on the road as much as my family.

I guess it goes with the job.

Looks about the same here only still snowing and the wind is blasting everything.

Drove an hour this morning and bought a round baler, from when I left to when I got back there was better than 6" on the road. Car dragging on the bottom.
