Speaking of Dr Pol

We had a new vet clinic open up just south of town a few months ago. My sister in law is working in the office. I guess they just hired Dr Sandra away from Doc Pol.

Might be about as close as we get to fame around here........since everybody has forgotten the story about the time Jack Benny stopped in and spent a few hours with a local woman.

I have become a new addict of Dr. Pol show ever since Y"all started talking about him a couple weeks ago. His is one reality show that you can believe 100%. I love his dry wit, funny as hell! Like when his son goes to get a Great Dane pup... Doc sez, Jr. should get along with the dog fine, since they both liked to spend time on the couch!!
Just down home country folk doing everyday stuff.... who would believe it could be so entertaining? If he has lost Sandra, how can he keep up with all his farm calls? Keep on keeping on Dr. Pol! We luv Ya!!

Legend has it that Willie Nelson spent the weekend with a dental hygienist acquaintance of my wife, after he did a concert in Olympia many years ago. Two days later, a new Corvette showed up in her driveway, with a bow on the antenna.

I guess hygienists can be good at more than just scraping teeth.

around here the story is that Dr. Brenda can drive away more people than any 2 other personal can bring in the door. Thing is she does know her crap. The other thing about Dr. Pohls practice is that he really does things old school. That is good for you and me as it keeps the overhead and costs down. Bad news is employees that are working for him are having to do at least 2 times the work for the same results given by the guy that is updated. Also keep in mind most of the stuff he uses is so outdated that if he gets a new staff member they need to learn all the stuff normally needed in a new practice as well as how to run that dinasour equipment that they werent taught on. That is the 2 biggest issues that us locals here from any of his collegues.
