O/T Need Information on an Old Pin I found

I have found an old pin in my collection of things. Not sure what it is or what it is from ad could use some help. It's about 6/8" tall. Has a pair of hands on the top. Below them the initials Z.N.P. on a white scroll. There is an eagle on the left side with a red background. A Knight on a horse with a blue background on the right side. On the bottom appears to be an angel on a white background.

Your picture is not good enough to even tell any thing about it. All I can see is a few different colors to it but nothing that will do to figure out what it really is
