Hydraulic pump help

I have this posted on the Minn Mo forum too, but many of you know about Webster pumps . . .

Hello, well i am not sure what is wrong with my pump . . .but it is not pumping. I have no idea where to start, but I have a model number of: 10A9855 and then it says: 4xes3-r-c7 does anyone have a clue where I could get parts, manual, replacement if needed? It is a 25 GPM pump from what I can see. Man it really is something when you search google for "webster 10A9855" and you only get 3 results.

Pumps don't have any specific GPM rating unless expressed with a specific RPM. Pumps sizes are rated by cubic inch displacement per revolution. Maybe your's is 25 GPM at top engine speed? Probably around 2.3 to 2.6 cubic inches per rev.
If you've got a old Webster, or a newer Webster-
Danfoss - you can ID it by the type of mount, type of shaft, rotation, and width of the center housing IF it's a gear pump. Cessna gear pumps tend to have the same footprint as the Websters when used on loaders, tractors, backhoes, etc.

This place deals in Webster-Danfoss pumps. Much is not shown on their site so you have to call them. I got two new Webster gear pumps from them for my IH 3414 backhoe-loader and my Deere crawler-loader.

You can also get a Cessna equivalent from Surplus Sales . Most loader and backhoe pumps got the Websters replaced with Cessnas. Often a SAE B two-bolt flange mount, 2.2 to 2.5 cubic inches per rev, and a splined shaft. A 2 cubic inch pump is rated 22 GPM at 2500 RPM and 14 GPM at 1800 RPM. A 2.3 cubic inch pump is rated 25 GPM at 2500 RPM and 16 GPM at 1800 RPM.

Thanks! SOunds like I may be able to buy a new pump, or I hope to fix the old one. My pump also has power steering, so how could I do that with a newer pump as I haven't seen any with power steering hookups.

Also, I will send some pics, this is a 4 bolt mount and the shaft has a coupling that looks like a 1" 3/4" drive socket that is about 1.5" deep and that fits into a coupler that is on the PTO shaft that is 1" in diameter.
