How did James Howell find out that Minnestota Joe [JoeMN] was arrested]. I believe Minnesota Joe also used the handle Tree Farm.James Howell later posted an arrest page from Joe Mn poisoning his neighbors dog and was going to do some time.James , how did you know who Minnesota Joe really was? Thanks

Before he was blocked from this site, MN Joe had around 14 "aliases".

MN Joe left a trail. By looking at his posts we were able to figure out where he lived. Using the info he put in his posts, we figured out his real name. I think there were some others who also figured out his name and where he lived.

We found out about the arrest by googling his name.

If you want an unpleasant surprise, google your name. You'll find out how much info is out there on you.

You and James are pretty computer savvy. Actually google has nothing on me. I must be flying under the radar.That Minnesota Joe used to set my wacko alarm off quite regularly. Turns out he was quite the criminal. You never know. [ On google ariel view they think my barn is the house and I see junk from a few years back] Google street view sorta misses my house too because my drivway is at a weird angle. Can't say I miss Joe MN at all.

Yes now some of the wacko comments are coming back to me. I apologize to both James and Nancy as there was harassment to both and also jdmaris. Some things are better not remembered Sorry and I did forget about some of those posts.

Started the "skip trace" by using Google to track the IP address he was using.

Read every one of his posts/replies on YT and gathered information on him.

Used the information to find him using Google.

He used approximately 27 different aliases and two different IP addresses on his posts/replies.

He went off the radar for several months, so did another Google search for his obituary.

That is when I found the news story from Colorado.

His last post on YT was last summer on July 7th probably from the prison library.

He used the alias [b:654c4848f0]Boregard[/b:654c4848f0].

Probably will not hear from him again.
