Nice Lady needs some help with hay rake

Down on implement alley Shealray had a post about her Ford 3 point Ford hay rake needing wheels. I had some and she called me this afternoon, I called home and had my grandson go down and check the tires to make sure they were still good. They were both gone along with the forks they were mounted to. She has just bought this rake and a Ford 515 mowing machine, has some horses and is wanting to put up her own hay. If any of you guys happen to have a couple of the small rake wheels that fit the Ford rakes that had the roller in front of the bars please let me know and I'll give her a call. She sounded like the kind of people we need on here and she needs some help. By the way, she lives north of Kansas City, Mo. Thanks Guys, Keith

I hava a set. When it gets daylight I will go see what kind of shap they are in. Just my 2 cents worth but from my experiance with that model rake she will learn to hate it.

I don't have a clue if she is or not & really don't see what difference it makes. She's a person that needs a little help. Now Gordo, don't make this more than it is. LOL Keith

I am the lady needing tires and wheels for my 3 pt hitch ford rake. Where you able to find the wheels and tires?
In the manual it says to use 4 X 8 wheel and tire. What does the 4 and 8 mean. Is it a 8 inch hub or 8 inch diameter tire. This looks like a wheel barrow tire, but I am worried a wheel barrow tire is not strong enough for the rake.
My e-mail is [email protected] or call 816.217.8465 ask for sally.
Thank you for your time.
