electric fencer

Whats your favorite fencer? I have a speedrite over 20 years old .used it for strip grazing and put up a lot of hay with it .neighbors tap on occasionally if theres dont stop the cattle .
So saying that its getting older and i am thinking about upgrading before it quits.i like the fencer but dealers are scarce they do sell on amazon but a bad case of sticker shock . so whats your favorite fencer and why thanks?

How about Bulldozer? was it a brand or model? I know that I never dared to give it a try, LOL.

Gallagher seems to be good. I had an old one like yours that gave up and replaced it with a Gallagher and have been happy with it.

Early 50s I was 7-8 years old and my older brother and Dad were talking about the neighbor"s electric fencer. We had a battery operated unit, and brother said Bill had one that plugged into the high line. I thought he meant the elec line going down the road! Now that would have been a shocker.

Have three Gallaghers and like them all. Seem to be super hot. I'm not going to touch any of them just to find out.

Have 2 Promark's and and one decided to go south. Had a battery powered Gallagher so had to hook it up real quick. A few days later bought me a electric powered Gallagher. It seems a lot hotter then the Promark. It says use 3 grounding rods.

we work on all types and parmak is one of the best the worst we work with are gallagher ---parts are pricey and most are throw away units got 3 in today junked 2 --can fix 90% parmak and zareba --but some people love to get burned and gallagher is the way to go for that
