Help identifying rotary cutter

I bought a 7' rotary cutter today that is super duty but don't know the brand. It may be an old Howse when they still built the heavy stuff. The structural steel is 3/8 inch and the gearbox pretty massive. It looks bad due to the original paint but there isn't a dent on it that I can find.
Anyone know what it is by the looks?

I think so. $550. at a farm auction. They had a whole fleet of Kubota tractors that sold high. Even a Belerus went high. I think the guys were napping when this cutter came up.

With yellow wheels and the red paint, I would guess maybe Bush Hog? I have an old Massy Ferguson pull type and the wheels are also yellow. Hope that helps ypou out.

For perspective, the pictures show it sitting on a 16' by 6'2" trailer. This thing is a tank.
Eric, I looked at your link and that one is quite a bit lighter. Thanks for looking tho.

Almost certain that is a latter model COMER gear box, used pretty much through the industry. Can,t help on the brand of the cutter.

I cleaned it up and it appears to have had a very easy life besides sitting idle. I still don't know the maker. The side steel is 1/2 inch plate, the top framing is 3/8, and the deck is 3/16. Unbelievably heavy.
