Animals in the yard

Lots of activity on the trail cam lately. This raccoon found a bit of wheat I had swept out of the truck recently. Then the white tail doe came along to join in. Magpies watching from the sidelines.

I suspect the magpie is directing the whole operation. They are kinda like Texas mockingbirds but bigger.

didn't see anything last night, but heard a big cat around one am... guardian dog started making a ruckus, and in the background i could hear a cat chirping... don't know whether it was a bobcat or a cougar, we have both around here...

Had a moose lately, we have a saltlick out that the deer use, also have coons, but the cats chase them off also muskrats and weasles. During hard winters we put out grain for the Deer. Our outdoor association works this with the ministry. We rent a cottage and the tourists from the city realy enjoy seeing the wild life also have wolfs, but they don't seem to come around the house.

Had some Elk walk into the bale yard. Can't say the walked out.

Friday night 200 to 300 lb bear walked across the
road about 75 yds from the house.
