New razor

Saw a commercial on TV last night advertising a new razor. It looks exactly like the double edge safety razor that I learned to shave with back in my teens. They're selling this as new technology, latest invention, big improvement to the multiple blade razors

I'm still using my Schick injector - next generation from the old double edged things. Anyone seen any injector blades for sale recently?
Think everything I have seen is NOS... and OLD, at that!

I also saw a "...BUT WAIT! There's more!" type of commercial on TV that had the bald guy from Pawn Stars hawking the same razor that my dad shaved with. Suddenly, it's high tech.

I never stopped using that type razor. It's only in the last few years the razors and blades have been difficult to find.

Went back to a straight edge 20 years ago. The electric razors would only cut the black hairs not the gray. I get them at Dollar General. Mum do I need to stock up on them like I did on the light bulbs.

I mentioned this a year or so ago when I first saw that commercial. I started using one of them that I had found somewhere, and much prefer them to the latest and greatest, high tech, multi-blade types.

I have been using the blue razors that come in a package of 10 or 12. I can use the same one for weeks by stroping it. All I do is push it backwards on the page of a book or magazine.

Ebay guys. You can still find all the double edge blades(Feather is my favorite) or Schick injectors you want. Shipping is often free. Prices are great.
