Have this approx.1965 tractor with a Detroit 4-71 and 4 wheel steer 4x4.
Trying to find other owners or others who might know the location of one.
This is the MRS I-80

I believe there was a MRS for sale at Buck & Knobby Equipment in Ottawa Lake, MI a couple years ago. I haven't paid much attention the last few times I have been past there if it is still in the lineup or not though.

Had a few of these in the services branch at Sawyer when I ran it in the mid-80's, looks like they could be cousins

Sawyer was about 25-30 miles south of Marquette or 40 miles north of Escanaba, yes it is in the UP. The Air Base is still there but with all the housing going to low income types it's become a pretty scary place. It was an eye opener for me as I went back 20 years after I signed in with my family, with some of the questions the girls asked it's probably good I got out and didn't subject them to growing up on a military installation.

Lenray- I'm familiar with Clare, my Mom lives on Crooked Lake in Lake Station, about 20 minutes west of Clare. How do you come by your handle? My wife was a Ray, had an Uncle Lenny.

lenray,

Im surprised that only has the 4-71, i know where there is a 72AG T, here in kansas. But i have been unsuccessful in getting it....yet...isnt not a large 4 wheel, but it is a pretty big 2 wheel looks like a standard tractor. I havent given up hope yet...
