I've got a chuck roast in the oven sitting in broth. Give it another hour the carrots go in and the potatoes a half an hour after that. Starting to smell good now.

We just finished up a big pot of beef and noodles yesterday, so I tossed a chicken in the oven to roast. Mash taters and home canned green beans cooked in ham juice and ham. Yum Yum!
