As of right now no rain but the sky is starting to look a big on the dark side. Just tilled up the garden again and then put in 12 snap pea plants. 86 degrees out which is way to hot for this time of year. Have the weather radio on right now and they are calling for storms a bit later

Been too wet here to hardly walk in the yard with boots on..!!

6 trees down from last winter and too wet to get near them yet..!!

Sunshine now, but looks dark to our West again...

I'm 100 miles west of Old and have gotten 7/10ths for the day..This morning at 8:15 we had hail...Those 9 chunks of hail laying on my porch are from 1.5" to 2.25" in diameter....Thank goodness they only fell for 20 seconds and were 20-30 ft apart or the damage would have been unreal.....Most of the hail was pea or marble size..

Yea, pretty crappy here in eastern central NY also. Freezing rain and sleet all day. temp. hovering just below freezing point, with a nasty wind from the NE.
The geese were even hunkered down in the corn stubble.

Lucky You. HeHe. Temp has been boarderline here all day. No accumilating white stuff here, but I live next to the town Hwy Dept. and they are loading the sand trucks prepareing for a run as I am posting here.
On Monday and Tuesday they ran the broom tractors and swept the winters accumilation of sand off the town roads. So much for thinking ahead!!!.

Pond filled up last week. First time in over 3 years. Farmer's Almanac is really close in it's predictions. If not right on, just a couple of days off. Been watching the correlation for about 6 months now. Scary how they can predict over a year in advance, but that's ok. I'll take it now that I know it's that accurate. Looks like we will be wet till June then summer time bone dry. But that's ok.
