Hey. IAGary, got the plowing done? Any corn planted? The guy that is renting land near me has been discing the fields that he had no tilled soybeans in old
Fescue the last 2 years. Don't know what he is going to plant. Corn should have already been planted, but weather has not cooperated.

In the Northeast, corn is just now starting to go in. This will probably go on for at least the next month. It is still cold enough to see 40's some nights.

I don't plow much anymore. Just grass land that needs turned over. Most of the grass has already been turned under since the cows left 4 years ago.

I finished corn Sunday morning and since then we have had 4.2 inches of rain.

Waiting for dry ground to start on beans.

Glad you are making progress, Gary. I'm going out to bale a little hay. The guy up the road I mentioned is going to plant soybeans, has a truck load of Pioneer seed and an old AC planter. He had two combines in the field last year, both had problems. He fixed the JD 4400, finished combining, and left the MF 540 in the field all winter. It runs, he got it out of the field for plowing.
