Puking hydraulic fluid fiercely

The ferguson to30 has that weird looking loader that is common on 8n. It was slow and acting like it was low on fluid, so I put the loader arms up, single action piston, and filled it. I let them down and collected the fluid. Went about my loading and it was very slow, and acting like it was out of fluid. Kept puking fluid right out the overflow in the sides. It continued to work that way and got slower and slower. Until it was almost not moving at all. It has strength when it lifted, full buckets. But it was moving the same whether it was loaded or not.

Wrong hydro fluid? It looked foamy, like it had lots of water, but I added from a fresh bucket, and it felt like it got worse after adding fluid.

My first guess is that the suction line to the pump has collapsed on the inside. The second guess is that a shaft seal on the pump has failed and is allowing it to suck in air. The second guess might also cause the loader to be spongy because it will have air in with the oil.

Thanks, I was worried that the system used something other than hydraulic fluid, and putting hydraulic fluid in caused an issue. I think I am going to completely drain the system and see what I can find.
