I bought this 53 88 diesel for 1500 today it runs
good and looks good its got 6*** hours on it and has
been rebuilt once but it smokes a little but has good
oil pressure and it does have power steering added
on it's got a hydra-electric hydraulics with a toggle
switch I got 2 cylinders and both side tins and
they're just like the rest of the tractor the only
questions are the fuel bowl is leaking in the picture
can I just tighten the that plug on top it seams to be
coming from there and any ideas where this
antifreeze would be leaking from should I be
worried? Oh and he said the intake heater starts
running the battery down after 10 seconds is this
correct or is there something wrong with it?

both of the bolts/plugs on the sediment bowl have paper/fabric washers, probably need to be changed.
The antifreeze [u:4c37503228]looks[/u:4c37503228] like it is coming from that bolt if it goes into the water jacket (head bolt?) I would get a book and pull that bolt and reseal and re torque.
Might want to pull valve cover and see if any bolts under there are leaking also.

Thanks Greg! I haven't sold it yet I have been trying but all at once just kinda quit getting bites on the ac

It sure looks in good shape as far as not being beat up. I don't know much about Olivers is that original paint it sure looks like it could be ?
