Must be you haven't been to the Sheridan Memorial Day Parade. I've seen tractors in there that haven't even had the manure washed off the tires.
 
I'm thinking the " marks I put in the title messed this post up.

Ran when parked 20 years ago, not parade ready, etc.
Ya gotta admit, the guy seems to have a sense of humor! :)
