I have an opportunity to buy a z445 pretty cheap but there is a catch, it was being towed on a trailer when the trailer became unhooked and hit a light pole. The deck is a little bent. Any ideas where I can find a new or used 54" deck reasonably? Any feedback on this model? Thanks

It looks ruff

I don't see anything wrong.

A little bent, take it off and straighten it with a hammer. Just need to clear the blades.

That is the Economy model of JD Zero turn. It would have to be Cheap for me to buy it. Too many times there are hidden issues from being in an accident.

If the deck is the only part you can see is damaged, price a new bare deck from JD, and assume you'll be able to strip everything off the old deck and re-use it. The chances of finding a used deck in decent condition aren't real good.

Don't forget to include the cost of your time and allow for a few "surprises" when you calculate what it's going to cost to fix it up.

I'm gonna make him an offer, every time I talk to him he thinks it's worth less. Hoping to get it bought for 1200-1500

I would not go much over $1000. You can buy that model for $2500 cash all day long with around 400-500 hours. SO a damaged one with less hours still is not worth much.
