1750 vacuum planter

I'm guessing it's unnecessary, as I think the return line just dumps into the sump on the pump unrestricted.
However- I think my markers are interconnected with that somehow too? I've seen that extra odd drain hose on finger pick up planters.
Great question.
My old White 5100 had no extra hose, and I ran the blower off my JD tractor SCV, not the PTO pump that came with it. Never had any trouble. In fact I've had more trouble with the JD 1750- heating the tractor hyd. oil. I installed the cooler that's part of the independent PTO system. So we'll see how that works.

I was thinking that I would just "t" it into the return but yes the markers are plumbed in with it now. Not sure if i should isolate it and if I do, do the markers need to be tied In or I can just cap it off. I see you are from aurora I live in groton. The planter I am connecting came from great gulley sale. 6r liquid

Then I saw that planter go up the road- Levanna Road- Creekside Farm! Dan McIntosh owns land right next to me.

Another guess- I'm going to guess in this circumstance the extra drain hose stays hooked in with the markers, and the fan motor just drains into its own sump. But we'll see what the other respondent comes up with.

I do not have a case drain on my tractor that I can plum the marker drain into. Was curious how much it actually drained compared to returning. I could leave it pumped in and terminate to the pump however I am afraid if it does drain a lot I would over fill pump and leak out the vent a lot?
