ford 8n spark problems

hi my ford 8n has recenty been causing me problems, last year i replaced the points and condensor now this year i was running it and it ran great then shut it off one day next week it wouldnt start .. no spark so i traced all the wires found out my resistor was not working so i replaced that started getting 12v to my coil again still no spark so i changed my coil, again no spark so changed my points and condesor set points to .015 and still no spark.. any suggestions? going to pull my distributer off again make sure its all in right.
 
Check to make sure the thin metal spring on the points isn't grounded to the distributor. That one got me. Only once,
though.
 
I would suggest using Pertronix ignition system. it replaces the points a rotor and get a coil to go with it. The 8n will run better and more power. pertronix.com
I would check your grounds.

Is this 8N a front mount or side mount distributer?Front Mt. points..-.015.Side Mt.points.025.
