This morning was a cool morning and on my way to the pole barn I stopped and sniffed, can't miss the distinctive smell of a Stargazer Lillie from 20 feet away. They are my last lilies to bloom. All my other flowers multiply like crazy. I have to dig them up and spread then out every few years. The Stargazer is the exception. I wish I knew the secrete to making them grow like the rest of my flowers. Do you have a secrete making them happy and multiply? geo

I call your Aztec lilies. They multiply like crazy like many other lilies. They come in many different colors too.

If you ever go to a flower shop that makes flower arrangements, smell the stargazers. You won't forget the smell. You won't want to drive with windows up if you have one in the car, they are very strong, but nice smelling. I'm going to dig mine up after they die back and replant them in some horse poo mulch. See what that does for them next year. geo.

Mine have exploded into massive bloom. they are 3 years old in place. They live in 8 hours of direct sun, and 15 inches of topsoil and 20 10 10 side dressed in mid April Jim
