That's the Dumbest Thing I Have Done Lately...

Late last night I was working on a Saturn, the job was to replace the bad P.S. pump with a used one. Keep in mind this is a tight , tough job. I pulled the old one off and compared it to the "new " one, looked good. So , I am halfway through the install when something didn't look right to me.... Sure enough, I was putting in the SAME one I had just removed ! Dang , felt like an idiot ! I guess it was a long day and my mind was mushy ! lol

LOL
Yep,I think we all of guilty of this
We just don't put it in writing !LOL
my normal problem is pulling a dull chain off the chainsaw and put the dull one on again instead of sharp chain.
Ive done the same thing on tractor parts!!!!
Not good

looking for something can't find it. go to store buy what i'm needing get home say that looks like a good place to keep it and find i already have 2 more there.
must not have been a good after all.

I did almost the same thing today. I replaced the blades on my Woods 6 ft. Brush Bull. Took off old one and put on one one then the stump jumper turned and I remover the new one rather than removing the old dull one.

Few years ago took the dual off for plowing.

Had the plow on before noticing I took the wrong dual off.

Doh.

hate it when that happens,,, yesterday I was loading "poo" got done stepped out of the 580 and seen a chunk of iron in the "poo" grabbed it threw it in the junk pile I have been adding to on this job then climbed back in the 580 only to see I had already loaded the spreader! I had a good laugh at myself as I was getting out again
