Been watching this old fellow for a couple years. A guy used to rent this place and work on old tractors. He always had a few parked on the lot. Haven't seen the guy in ages and everything but this Cat is gone.

There was an old Cletrac that sat out behind a wayside motel/restaurant south of here for decades. Dad and I stopped and asked about it one time. They'd sell it alright,but they wanted about four times what we had in mind. It's finally gone,but as long as it sat,it probably went for junk.

What does that guy on 522 just starting up the mountain between Flint Hill and Front Royal do with that equipment?

I think he does heavy landscape work. I am only a couple miles from him and don't know anyone who has used him. I think the place across the road is a family member. They do have a lot of equipment.

Looks like you are not very far from me, I'm up the north end of US 340 just above Harper's Ferry. Not sure how close you are to it, but we pass through Warrenton on the way to the beach.
