Any interest in some old IH engines or other items?

One of my customers just bought part of an estate that belonged to an old well driller. In the deal he got a IH 135B 4 cylinder, gas, power unit. It has a Twin-Disc clutch on the back. I imagine the engine would have to be rebuilt as it's been sitting outside for years, but it does appear to be complete.

The other engine is a BIG 6 cyinder that starts on gas or kerosene (not sure which) and then shifts to diesel. The block is stamped UD 1091 M 58(0 ?). It's still sitting on the back of an old B36P Mack truck, and is actually the drive for a HUGE Worthington air compressor. Again, it's been sitting for years, and in it's case I imagine it's probably locked up. Even so, it's all complete.

I know there are guys out there that both collect, and in the case of the smaller power unit, use these old engines, so I told the guy I'd post on here and see of there might be any interest, or if anyone might know someone who would have in interest.

He's also got an old, 21 inch Monarch lathe. It's flat belt drive but it has the overhead, electric, two speed, gearbox driven by a 3HP single phase motor. There is also a small Kerney and Trecker boring mill.

Finally, there is what looks like a Deere 40 (that's based on the fact the engine looks a lot like the one in my old 440IC dozer). It was split in half for something, and it appears the flywheel housing is missing. Otherwise, it looks like both the front end/engine, and the rear end are both is complete otherwise. The tractor also had spin out rims, but I believe they are rusted out. Even so it also has the cast weights on the rear.

My email is open if anyone wants to get up with me about this stuff.

Again, any interest in any of this stuff, please let me know. The guy is trying to move this stuff as fast as he can, and if it's possible to sell some of it in place, and not have to move it, he'll be way ahead in making at least a little money on this deal.......and saving some nice old stuff from the scrapper.

On the Deere as far as I know you had to go up to the 420 series to get the spin out rims so would be 57 or 58 or a scarce 430 from 59. Check the transmission to see if it might have a 5 speed transmission instead of the 4 speed used in sone 420 and all 40 tractors, also check steering wheel to see if vertical or laying like the ones on a Ford. That can give a good idea of model. The 420 model might have started in 56 but the first year were only 4 speed with a vertical steering wheel.

Sorry for the delayed response guys, it was a busy weekend.

Unfortunately I haven't gotten any pics worth posting. The Mack with the compressor was sitting in a patch of trees, with a couple of other OLD well rigs parked around it, so I couldn't get far enough away to get pictures.

As far as pics of the Deere, again, too much junk and weeds/briars around it to get any decent pics. I did try to take a couple of it, but the glare from the sun kept drowned out every picture I was able to get, making them worthless.

Ultimately I hope the guy finds somebody interested in this stuff. I know it's old, and probably not worth anything but scrap, but it's unique, and that's what, to me, makes it worth something.
