OT - Where's Waldo?

Well, not Waldo, but my ZTR.
My neighbor is having some health issues and I didn't know it
until I went by and saw his yard. He didn't want to ask for help.
Trust me guys, ask if you need help. I would much rather have
done it sooner so it wasn't so hard on my equipment.
Too many sharp banks and obstacles to use my rotary mower.

A cycle mower may have worked better. Let it dry and then turn it all into mulch with the ZTR or a bush hog.

I thought you were talking about Red Fisher. Real name was Waldo. He was the town cop in Sheridan when I was a kid. There was an accident here in town one time and he was right there. He wouldn't do anything though until he went home and put on his uniform.

I had to do something close a few weeks ago. Thank goodness I have my
big bad Agri-Fab trail behind vacuum. Yard was clean as a whistle but
had to dump the trailer twice. They are a great machine to have for
over heavy grass and also fall leaf pickup time.

Ah, the good ol' days - don't take long for grasses to get that tall up here. In most areas it's a bit of a joke when someone comments on watching the grass grow. Around here, is just another reason for the neighbors to bring beer, weiners, an arm load of firewood....and a match.

Just need basic tools- a Farmall H with sickle mower, 4 bar pull rake and then a day later 14T JD baler gives hay cube for horse or cow feed or garden mulch cover in easy to carry form. Have a sort of similar project, grass heading out in big lawn area, only a little JD 100 series mower. Guy that was supposed to handle the lawn mowing had a months stay in miscreant motel, just got out last week and has some assigned other things to do at specified times- or else gets the confined feelings again. About half done, some clippings used to keep little 'Mater plants roots moist, they're dark green and seem happy. Alternative used some years back was quick set up fence with electric charger and about 2 dozen spring lambs 1/2 weaned- lawn mowed and fertilized, original weed and feed. RN

Here I thought you was asking about me! I check in almost daily, but don't post so much. I'm 'lost' a lot, but nobody's looking, lol

Geez buddy, better go check for ticks when
you get done! I always seem to find then I
stuff like that now it seems

(quoted from post at 18:22:25 06/03/17) You're a good neighbor, Royse.
Thanks Sweetfeet, so is the guy I did this for today.
I didn't take a picture of that large lawn ornament he has, but it
says FireFighters Lane. He has been a volunteer for many years.
He hauled my dad out of the house when he was too sick to walk
to an ambulance; helped scrape me up off the ground when I hit
a deer with my motorcylcle; put my sister into and ambulance
when she didn't want to go and then called a couple days later to
check up on her to see how she was doing.
Help him mow the grass? How could I not? :)
