I think folks here can help with that.

I like this hoist because you can lift/lower a few thousands at a time without bumps, unlike a hydraulic jack. The screw has a little bend in it, my dad loaned it out once and the guy drove through a door with it in the box of his truck. The wheel is also at the right height to knock out the rear window on a pickup if someone puts it in wheel first, according to my dad, it has happened.

If the hoist came from KF dealership I would date it late 1940s just after WWII.
