My 801 Ford runs hot after flushing cooling system. Removed thermostat and flushed again but it still runs hot. Loses cooling fluid each time I bush hog with it. Any suggestions on problem? Thanks in advance...

If the gauge reads hot, and the coolant level drops below the radiator core tubes you can see in the fill hole, you have a problem beyond over filling. First issue is
circulation. does the coolant circulate when running? Second is there combustion gasses in the coolant (test kits for that are cheap and accurate) If yes, it is repair
time for the engine (likely issues are head gasket, or cracked head/block) If not, a leak that lowers coolant level might be to blame. A collapsed hose (inside the
hose, not visible) is another possible cause. Failed water pump impeller is possible. Flushing with vinegar till warmed up can remove lime deposits. Good luck. Jim

You can flush the cooling system m,ore then once and still leave a lot of junk in the block. You need to hook up a way to hook a garden hose to the block drain and then flush it again and then back flush it by way of the block drain.
