Ford 3000 Leak

Tractor novice here. I have a 1973 ford 3000 that's leaking a fluid from a screw beneath the seat on right side. It's beneath and behind the flow knob. When I tried to tighten the screw it just spins- can't tighten or remove it.

Ideas???

Someone messed with that screw.
It holds a bracket on a hydraulic tube
inside. Didn't hurt anything just needs to
be fixed.
Remove the left side running board -
left/right is Always as you are sitting in
the seat. Remove the round cover there.
Look inside with a flashlight. You might
have to drain down the oil inside some.
You will see the tube and bracket.
If you don't have about a 7' armspan you
will need your wife, kid, neighbor, buddy to
help.
Have them turn the screw with a screwdriver
while you reach inside and hold the bracket
in place. Easy peasy.
There is a very good Ford specific forum
here. Best to ask your questions about that
tractor there.

The bracket should be threaded so the screw threads right into it. Might be the threads are stripped?
I don't remember how much bolt sticks out on the the inside of the bracket. If its long enough just add a lock nut to it. Simple fix that will last forever.
If not enough bolt length to add a nut try a pry bar and pull outwards on the bolt head while you back it out. Worst case you can access it easily if you remove the lift cover but thats a much bigger job.
