Will be heading to Lebanon later this month and map locater says take Hwy 32 from Bolivar to Lebanon. How is this road as far as curves, condition, and hills? Will be running with a gooseneck and heavy load.

It has a lot of curves and hill and is narrow. If I where you when you hit HWY65 I would turn on it and go south to I-44 and that way you will be on 4 lane and be able to do 70 where as Hwy 32 your lucky if you can maintain 55. HWY32 is ok if your on a motorcycle and like to go threw the curse but no fun with a truck and trailer. By the way Lebanon is around 25 miles south of me. Ya hitting I-44 may take yo u10 or so mile out of the way but in the long run you will save time and probably fuel

Thanks, that is what I had heard before about it. Original plan was to take 65 to Springfield and then get on I 44 so think we will stay with that plan. We plan on pulling at the NATPA pull there on Jan. 6th.

Never mind--if you're in Bolivar-you are already on 13---

13 south to I 44 east--only way to go all 4 lane

SD. Heading down 29 to KC then 49 to HWY 7 to Clinton and 13 to Springfield. Always thought 13 was a good road.

I just moved to the Buffalo, MO. area in the summer. I don't think 32 from Bolivar to Buffalo is to bad except for getting out of Bolivar. From Buffalo to Lebanon is a lot of curves and hills. I think if you go from Bolivar or Buffalo to I44 you will drive close to twice as far. I guess it depend on how far you are willing to drive to avoid curves.

I've pulled a gooseneck on 32 Hwy and it wasnt that bad if you take your time....Going 65 or 13 all the way to Springfield will be easier but adds about 50-60 miles of extra driving..

If you were going to cut across you might think about taking 54 to 65 it may be a little farther than 32 but I think Bolivar is a pain to drive thru. I haven't driven it all the way across but 64 from 65 to Lebanon may be a little better than 32 but I can't say for sure.

Your not all that far from me. I live south of Camdenton 3 miles off old Hwy 5. So your maybe 40 or so miles west of me. I have lived in this area for 37 years now and July of 2018 will make it 38 years

Shoot I would just keep going on Hwy 7 till you go to Hwy 65 and go down it. I have pulled some extra large loads down Hwy 65 to many times and when I say extra large I saying mobile homes out of the factory in Boonville MO. Or maybe just hit I-70 and then hit 65 and down form there. BTDT also with mobile homes

Retired trucker here, and still a motorcyclist. As a trucker, I would recommend the route you just outlined.

32 is a fun road on my motorcycle. I hated it in my truck.

I would recommend 13 over 65.

I've probably been within a few miles of your place when I am working out of Lebanon. I lived in southwest Missouri most of my life but have in-laws in Prairie Home and went thru Lebanon and Camdenton every time we went to visit.

Well depending on how long ago that was yes. If you drove Hwy 5 before they did new 5 you where with in 3 miles of my place. If you where driving new 5 you where with in 5 miles of me as the crow flies
