38 inch dual spacers

Most farm tire shops should be able to get the width you want esp. If they sell duals plus associated hardware.

When I had a fabrication shop I rolled a few from 10 ga. I just made whatever the customer wanted but I believe they were about 6 inches wide Also rolled bands to increase rim width for pulling tractors

If you were closer,I have a pair laying on the 'scrap heap' that I would give you....As was said,Check your farm tire dealer,or get a welding/machine shop to roll you a set.

I see you mentioned 18 in. in your post-never seen them that wide-some guys would put extensions on their spacers for planting. I will see what I have out there tomorrow. How far are you from N.E. Iowa-would like to help you out.---Tee

I?m in Idaho . I?m just throwing 18 out there as a guess . Just need them wide enough to give about 6 inches spacing beteeen the two tires on the 4020 . I have a set of wheels that are power adjust wheels that I think I could weld a ring in and then figure out the ears for the j bolts

How hard is it to make the rims wider ? I have a set of factory twin rear wheels with 13.6.38 tires so I guess the rims are 12 inches wide and I would need to widen them to at least 16 I?d guess . I am running 480.80.38 tires on the inside on the factory rims which were originally equipped with 15.5.38 tires

18"? are you straddleing 30" cornrows? For 'normal' duals you use for ground work,6" is normal. To spread that wide(18"),you need axle duals.Otherwise you're going to break a wheel.

That was just a guess becuse I can?t get to the wheels to measure but I would think the ring will go inside each wheel about 2 inches then the distance you want the tires to be apart about 6 inches plus the 4 would make the ring about about ten or 12 total I?m thinking

I just rolled the bands, The customer did the cutting and welding. I would think the welding would be easy if the cutting was done carefully

bought a set of those duals 25 years ago. They were to narrow so just welded a strip on the edge and bent it as I went about 2 inches was the piece I added. It has a gap of about 1/2 inch at the ends since the material was short worked fine on an 806 plowing so was not a light job tractor. Used to pull 6-16's with it.

OH--For some reason I thought you were from Wisc.-Don't know why. Well--I guess maybe I can't help you unless you want to make a heck of a road trip. Idaho to Iowa X $2.50 gas = $$$$ Good luck SV---Tee
