I've been wondering about you and your situation. How's it going? Have you talked to an attorney yet?

Not trying to stick my nose into your business, I am just concerned.
 
Thanks for the concern. The last person to answer the post is an attorney and has been working with me as much as he can. I know it is going to happen, just trying to follow up on how to procede. Did not know if I needed to file bankruptcy or not before it happened and told I do not have to file so that isone big think I do not have to worry about. So I think I can save my small tools and keep at friends place, If had to file the bankruptcy then they would have been gone. Told to start looking for rent asisted place so started that today. Hurts when you loose what grandparents got close to 200 years ago. And I worked hard all my life.
 
Man that stinks I remember when we went broke and did file bankruptcy and they took everything they could get there hands on . Went to dinner came back both combines were gone including the bin of grain on one . I want very old but I remember me and my cousin playing in my back yard when a bank winch truck came loaded up one or our tractors . I feel bad for anybody going through that
