Weather guessers said April was one of the coldest on record and now there saying May is one of the hottest on record. They are calling for records to be broken for the next few days with highs in the 90 and maybe even close to 100

We Went from snow accumilation in April to mid 80s in may. My radishes went strait to seed, plays hell with cold season plants.

Dang! and I'm sitting here with two fleece lined shirts and all bundled up, thinking about turning the heat on.

85 here in Western New York today. Had accumulating snow in the begining of the month. Was cold enough last week in the morning I actually wore long johns to work. Changed pretty quick !

Not too hot here yet. 93 at 2 pm but 99 yesterday and building all next week to 104 - 105 later on.

kinda funny.
during the winter the northern folks were 'one-upping' each other in comparing their low temperatures.
now it's us southern folks comparing how hot it is.

Makes me feel lucky to live in Ill., only 94 here, was 90 yesterday and Friday. A storm blew up late Fri. after noon, not much rain but really dropped the temp. Wife and me were planting flowers and took cover in the garage, lightening struck real close, could hear the sizzle/snap, lights flashed off/on, thought something was going to be blown up but I haven't found it yet.

I like it, I can handle the heat and hate the cold. Problem with living in Wisconsin is it is cold longer then it is warm or hot!

Just imagine if the planet shifted just a bit...and just maybe that is what is actually happening..we take a lot for granted, like the seasons and the sun coming up every day...My Dad use to swear the changes were because of the Moon launches,,"Those Darn Rockets are screwing up the weather" he would say...

As scientists say the Climate has always been changing sometimes hotter sometimes colder no reason to think the natural occurrence will stop now, like the Volcano in Hawaii. Its the people who think the Climate should stay the same are the ones in denial.

80 and sunny for a little while here in NW SC. Rain moves in again in a few hours.
Climate is changing and has been doing so as long as this old earth has been here.
It has all happened before and will again.
The middle of SC use to be the seacoast and just above that, there are huge boulders that glaciers pushed
down.

Low 80's high humidity in Central VA think its only missed raining one day in the 15 days. It'll be some good hay weather before long love those 95 degree days with the wind blowing about 10 miles an hour out of the South.Hay making weather!

Showed 100 yesterday and 95 with wind today in NE Nebraska!!! Looking for much the same for tomorrow!!! Going to be a looooong hot summer if it keeps this up!!!!

Just to be different and for contrast: The high here today was 65 degrees (central Vermont). While rearranging left over bales to make space in the hay mow, I was listening to the ball game out of Boston. They were complaining that the temperature was in the 50's, a 30+ degree drop from the day before. Typical New England, if you don't like the weather, wait half an hour.

Very few say it doesn't change. What they do say is that man is not the major cause of it changing and that is where the disagreement comes into play. Only 101 degree F. here in western MN.

This heat & humidity is what dad used to call "hay baling weather." This was in the 50's when we baled small bales with a big Oliver wire tie baler from now till after Labor Day.

I always thought all the July 4th fireworks shook up the atmosphere enough to cause rain on the 5th or 6th. Those are usually bad hay days.

Hi, it is 75?F now at 8:50 pm. It was over 90?F today and all last week and no sign of rain for a week or 2. Ed Will Oliver BC

Southern Minnesota had snow on the ground and ice on several lakes when I was in Shakopee at the end of April. Weather changes but it takes a rare breed of nitwit to believe that man causes weather change or can stop it.
