Heads up corn farmers

I remember livestock farmers who had the bright idea of growing high priced beans,selling them,buying "cheap" corn to feed and pocketing the profit. They found out quick that what you can sell corn to the elevator for and what you can buy it back for are two different things.
 
Limited supply? I kinda doubt that! :) There are a few million extra bushels lying around....

And you can find it cheaper in some places......

Not much corn is grown out here because the season is short and it doesn't dry down most years. I've heard of the Hutterites buying train car loads in the Midwest and then re-selling out here. Grain is sold by weight out here...little harder for the uninformed to know if they are getting a good deal or not.
