Your ugliest tractor.....

Ok, we have seen everyone's prettiest tractor and most beautiful tractor scenes. How about your ugliest tractor? I bought this tractor in 1986, my first restoration project...1947 MH 55 gas. It looked real tough, but mechanically it was not in too bad of condition. Restored, used and sold years ago, I do have an after picture for later.

Care to reveal your "ugly duckling"?

This is kinda funny because my ugliest one if the same model as the one I posted as the prettiest. I don't know why I just can't fall in love with this tractor. I started on it 20 years or so ago then parked it. It's been sitting in the corner of the toolshed for seven or eight years now since it was started last. When I get the wife's Super 55 finished up,I should get the darned thing back in the shop and get it done just so it isn't sitting there taunting me anymore.

I paid $400 for those. They're 10x40 Wards Riverside. Probably still worth more than the rest of the tractor. lol

My 1030 when I picked it up. Still has a way to go before anyone will call it pretty, but it's much better now than then.

hands down winner here. only reason I bought it was it was cheap.... when I started bidding, which I did one time too many.

In my opinion this is the ugliest tractor model case made. It was the year before the comfort king came out and they had the front half of the tractor ready with the higher hoods, but the rear wasn't ready yet so they ran with the low eagle hitch one more year. That tall hood is just ugly in that model. Later when they got the higher rear fenders and platform they looked good again.

I bought this F20 about 47 years ago and it has a set of Wards tires on it. Tractor still has them on it and I am no bring the tractor back to life after setting in barn for the last 10 years.

M5 Minneapolis Moline that someone repainted at one time the wrong color and then years later the paint stared peeling off and every time it got washed it got worse until I finally sandblasted and repainted and it went from ugliest to prettiest tractor

Why is it that when the guy took the side panels off he just left them setting in the dirt next to a shed for twenty years. The ones for my Old Style 88 are the same way.
