Haven't heard from Bruce in Can. for a while. I hope all is well there, maybe he's fighting this lousy weather we've been having. This site needs his calm wisdom!

How are things in Ashfield Township today ? WE got lots of ice , snow feels like you are walking in sugar, we have had ice , rain , sleet and now rain again with sleet forecast. No wonder schools were closed again. I put some salt in the driveway to melt off some ice but I would need 100 pounds of salt to do it right. Bruce is likely dealing with ice , maybe even power outages.
 
Actually not too bad.....had some ice pellets and snow earlier, but no accumulating freezing rain....yet! 10th snow day for the school bus this year so another paid day for me....plus I am getting the Farmall painted this afternoon too. Just taking a break between coats.

Not certain what is going on in ASHFIELD twpt. Our daughter is in Clinton area. Talked to her yesterday Just sitting tight at home too much ice. Here at Thamesford on Oxford twpt., Our School busses were canced for the second day so didn't have to take mine out. be going out to start up the BN and go and clean out lanes for several older folk in later to day. Talked to a friend of ours at Thedford, Tom, yesterday, he was sitting tight also, just resting feeding his stock and resting.
