So far they are reporting 14 people died in tornadoes in East Alabama. About 50 miles SE of us. We just had heavy rain today. Kevin in Central AL

Here in north ala at Cullman we had almost 2 inches of rain. Total for last 2 weeks or so is now a little over 13 inches. Temp down to 39 now.

Up to 23 dead this morning. More missing. Unbelievable devastation. Can't believe that many died. Alabama usually has great warning systems........ News conference says they expect death toll to rise today. Praying for the families....

my daughter goes to college in auburn she called me and said the warning sirens were going off on campus. It actually hit about 10 miles south east of there. Saying it might have been an EF-4 tornado

From Lee co. Alabama (AUBURN) the storm came right thru Ellerslie Georgia. We are east of Lee Co. Alabama. I'm about a mile north of the path of the tornado. It really did some damage as it traveled east of here. Nobody was injured.
