Lumber. Several lots sold. Prices seemed cheap to me.
Not sure all the prices are accurate. Very wet from rain the evening before but things dried out nicely by the end of the sale.

Man, that must've taken more then a minute to post .... I hope you're not a hunt and pick typist! Good job Wes ....

That was interesting to see all the prices. Bobsled for only $30? Did it have a platform on it and a bench or something?

They had it all lying on the grass unassembled. It included two new main runner pieces. The selling price shocked me. Years ago I paid a local Amish man good
money to restore mine. There were a number of Amish in attendance and only one horse item brought good money. In the end they piled like parts in a pile and
good little to nothing for the pile.

A nice job of reporting, but the super MTA brought over twice the money the 400, was there that much difference in appearance ?

Fastfarmall,
The SMTA had new rears and was in very good shape. Paint was ok, but not sharp. The 400 looked a little rough. It takes a real good 400 to sell like a SMTA.

WESnIL,

Duane was a friend of mine. First auction ever at that farm.

He had arthritis so bad he could hardly walk; bought some tractors that were delivered, drove in shed and never started again.

He ran that little combine last year....how he got on it had to take a while, must have been painful.
