Just started up WD45 after winter. Left it in 1st gear all winter. When I pushed in the clutch tried to start, it moved forward as in gear. Put it in neutral. Tractor started fine but when I try to put it in any gear it grinds. Any ideas? Thankyou

As David said you clutch disk has stuck to the flywheel or pressure plate due to rust. If you can do so safely start it in say 2 or 3rd gear with the hand clutch disengaged and hold the clutch pedal down and take it for a ride. Hit he brake from time to time or even better if you can hook up a heavy load so the clutch will free up faster. BTDT many times on man brands of tractors. That is one reason when parked it is a good idea to block the clutch pedal down. If I remember right there is even a little lever on the clutch pedal for doing that on that tractor
