Had lunch at Lamberts Sikeston Mo. Place sure proves there is no shortage of money. Over an hour wait at 1;30 and when we came out around 4 pm still hour wait lined up outside. You guys that live over that way what is Saturday like? Have a daughter in St Louis and it is just a mid way meeting place for us but can,t do those crowds. Food was good.

Lol, always wanted to stop there, but didn't know how I would handle food being thrown at me.

Lucky we were in a corner booth so was not too bad, but the rolls are worth waiting for. You know the four of us ate pretty hefty (I had a slab of ribs) and the bill was under 80 bucks. Not bad for eating out now days.

We used to eat at the old downtown place on auction day and it was not near what we saw today. My quick math said they probably took in over 20 thousand today. My number was 269 at 1 pm so if each number averaged 4 folks and each guy spent 20 buck see where I am going. They probably fed well over a thousand folks today for sure.

OK Im going to ask ,Do they actually do that or something ??? Theres a place at Myrtle Beach South Carolina the name is Dick's and there rude to you and say stupid stuff to you. I have never been there but thats there claim to fame.

Yes they can (AND DO) continually thro rolls 30 and 40 feet across the rooms. Place is large

During the week the lunch crowd isn't bad. Was there in April with 14 others and walked right in at noon. During summer months it may be a wait though even during the week. Lambert's is about 1 1/2 hours from me.

We ate at the one by Springfield, don't know if it's the same one? I felt like such a glutton....they only offer these large meals and they are coming around with samples of all their other side dishes to try....all the while rolls are flying through the air.
There is a steakhouse in Branson which also pitches rolls around the room.
We were waiting for family at the Lambert's by Springfield and finally had to call and ask my brother how soon they would get there. I told him I had already bought 2 Timeshares in the last 20 minutes. Wow, they sure are pushy in the area about Timeshares.

It's what they are famous for. Google, Lamberts throwed rolls. I used to live about 25 miles from there. Never been to the restaurant but my parents have.

Hey Dave, there are actually 3 of them. The third is in Folley Alabama. We always eat their we we go to gulf shores for vacation. I discovered the one in siskeston when I was in high school going to the large tractor salvage yards.

We have eaten once at Sikeston,MO and once at the Ozark,MO Lamberts..Didnt have to
wait that long to get in at either location but it was during the week....Great food but I did fumble
one of the thrown rolls..

We stopped twice last year coming out of Branson, just treat them like another vacation stop. You go the the gift shop, visit with the other customers, and fine out they live ten miles from you. I have waited longer for a show than the line at Lambert's.
