I'm thinking it has an actual engine, as the rain cap is in the air. Wow, that would've been SSOOO cool as a kid!! ...I probably woulda done things I weren't s'posed to do and it would've been taken away. Makes me wonder what he's thinking.....checking to see if the coast is clear?? *lol*
