A Bit Muddy

Last week we were complaining about it being too dry all spring. Well the weekend's 2+ inches put that to rest for a while. It was still a bit sticky out in the field this morning but I needed to get some spraying done. Managed to get the tank emptied without getting stuck.

Boy, Ralph, you sure do complain a lot!!

I thought it might be dry enough to mow the lawn this afternoon, and with inches of rain forecast over the next two days, It would be good to get ahead of it.

I got stuck four times, needing a pull from the tractor, including along side of the road where the shoulder is caving into the ditch due to flow through the ditch.Twice down by the pond. And, of course, every time about as far from the tow tractor as I could possibly be at that time. Got my walking in.

At least the rain will settle the dust on your roads and keep the '52 cleaner!!

Hard to imagine getting stuck while cutting lawn but I guess it can get that wet. I got a bit of video of today's spraying in the mud
but its pretty shaky camera work. I was intent on steering, not hitting trees or getting stuck so the camera was all over the place.
I seem to have misplaced my Gopro camera somewhere so this was shot with the I phone.
