Dang obstructed view. You have to ride side saddle just to see around all that stuff.

I know that for a fact....9 hours in a 4440 yesterday. My neck still hurts.

From looking at the lettering at the bottom of the image, I thought It was a grown up version of a JD 1010. Which caused a moment of confusion on my part as to your understanding of JD history. But then I looked at the decals on the hood. Much Much Better. Jim

My tractor has an open air cab that's air conditioned in the winter and heated in summer.
A tractor in a box is about the only way I'll get a tractor with a cab.

It's been very hot lately. I'm getting up at 4:30 tomorrow to get some work done outside. Then hop on the tractor to do some mowing while it still cool.

I?ve put many thousand of hours in a sound gard cab never thought it was that necessary to try and look through the smoke Stack ? You can see past the center out of the right window and to the center out of the left so where the big deal ? No different than driving my 3020 or 4020 Just with heat and ac and a radio that?s a little easier to hear

I was talking about moldboard plowing finally got froze out thanksgiving week on the north end and got to plow another 30 down south with 3 coats two pair of pants and pack boots and two pair of gloves . We don?t plow snow here never could figure out if we were supposed to use the chisel plow the moldboard or the disc plow ? So we scrape ,move, push or shovel snow

George I don?t know if I?ll ever get a real cab tractor or not I kinda like being out in the open even if It is hot or cold

The chances of me getting a 30-40 hp gas tractor with heat/ac is slim to none.
So as much as I would like to have a cab, not in this lifetime.
