Mower Deck Paint

I also recommend bedliner -- but the smooth stuff.

The bed liner material will also make your deck metal stiffer, plus it can be touched up if/when needed.

Practice on an old deck first, if possible -- you won't get no 2nd chances. Make certain to keep bolt holes open and clearance for the spindles. Don't go over bolts or nuts or you'll have a heck of a time replacing anything that goes bad.

Graphite paint, like "Slip Coat" or similar, what is applied to gravity box floors. Paint the underside of the deck and both sides of the blades. Available at any hardware store.

I had a can of Moly paint I use on sliding surfaces sitting around so I cleaned mine up, 2 coats of farm primer and 2 coats of paint.

Real Teflon has to be cured with heat at almost 400 degrees. Don't think that would do the grease in the spindles any good.

used oil will help keep it from sticking. Mowing with the dew off will help also. I would just run it in a puddle, after using mower will wash it off for you pretty well.
